Delivery and Refund Policy

Gas 4 U operates delivery services from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays, unless special arrangements have been made. If your delivery day falls on a NSW public holiday, your order will be delivered on the next working day.

When placing an order for a refill or cylinder swap, it is imperative to leave your empty cylinder in an easily accessible location for our delivery driver, preferably at the front door. If you prefer an alternate location, kindly specify it in the notes section during the order placement.

Please note that failure to leave out the empty cylinder for exchange may result in the driver withholding the delivery of the full cylinder. In such cases, customers may opt to purchase a new cylinder or arrange for an alternative delivery day.

Once an order is confirmed, refunds are only issued in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or failure to review our policies prior to ordering.

If necessary, and provided your order has not yet left our depot, we may accommodate requests to reschedule delivery to another suitable day within our schedule."
